INTAKE

$350 - Information gathering session of both parents inclusive and a one-off fee

WEEKDAY CONTACT

$330 per visit (includes up to 3 hours of contact time). Any additional hours are charged at $110 per hour. 

Please note: If the contact concludes after 8:00pm, the cost of the visit will be $375

WEEKEND CONTACT

Saturday: $375 per visit (includes up to 3 hours of contact time). Any additional hours are charged at $125 per hour on Saturdays.

Sunday: $420 per visit (includes up to 3 hours of contact time) Any additional hours are charged at $140 per hour on Sundays.

ZOOM CONTACT

$130 per session on a weekday, $170 per session on Saturday or Sunday (includes up to 2 hours of contact time).

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS CONTACT  

$585 per visit (includes up to 3 hours of contact time).

Additional hours on public holidays are charged at $195 per hour.

COURT REPORT

$400 - Two week's notice  required for a report to be prepared and will not be released while visits are occurring to protect children involved in the case. 

(Court reports contain up to four supervised sessions. Any additional supervised sessions will be charged at $80 per report).

AFFIDAVIT

$130.00 - for our Supervisor to attend upon a Justice of the Peace or Lawyer.

COURT EVIDENCE

$85.00 per hour for evidence given in-person, by telephone or via other digital medium. Please be advised minimum of two hours is to be paid regardless of time giving evidence due to preparation required.

SUPBOENA

A cost of $250 for preparation of supboened files.

HOME SAFETY ASSESSMENT

$250

TRAVEL

Travel exceeding 20 kilometers to supervision venue will be charged at $2 per kilometer thereafter.   

(The Service will aim to provide a worker as close as possible to the requested destination)

Transportation of children will include a cost of travelled kilometers at $2 per kilometer and time child is in care of the transporting worker. This is proportional to the above hourly rate.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

Notification of cancellation by a parent/carer of supervised time spent/access 24 hours or less will incur a late cancellation fee of three hours if no medical certificate is provided advising the child is unwell. If no Doctor’s certificate is provided a three-hour cancellation fee will be charged to the residential parent.

Our service is at liberty to charge $60.00 per hour for contact outside the minimal allowed time being at 30 minutes per fortnight.
